How quickly will I get my key?
Almost always within five minutes of payment clearing. If an order needs a manual check it can take up to two hours, and we email you either way.
What if the key does not activate?
Message us with a screenshot of the error. We send a replacement key, and if that also fails you get a full refund. Claims are open for 48 hours after delivery.
Can I reuse the key after reinstalling Windows?
Retail licences can be moved to a new installation on the same machine. OEM licences are tied to the first machine they activate on — the product page always says which type you are buying.
Do you sell to businesses?
Yes. For ten licences or more, email us and we will quote volume pricing and send one consolidated invoice.
